This episode begins the mindset series I’ve been promising you. We’ll start and end the series by talking about vision. 

All goals should start with a vision, and a vision is different from a goal. Goals are realistic and have a deadline, and visions are limitless and unrestricted. Your goals are created from your vision, and the clearer and bigger your vision, the more likely you are to reach the goals you set from it. 

In this series, we’ll explore direct sellers’ answers to the question of what's preventing you from reaching your goals or setting and reaching bigger goals.

One direct seller said, “I settle for less than what I truly want.”

The problems with settling are: 

  • You get comfortable with what you settle for, and it’s hard to change.
  • You cheat yourself and the people you serve by settling.
  • You don’t get to become the person you’re meant to be because settling holds you back.

In this episode, I share tips for how to know when you’re settling, along with a mindset practice that will help you determine what you truly want so that you stop settling for less. You’ll learn how to tap into your intuition and notice the quiet nudges from your guidance system.
