How to Create Consistency and Maximize Momentum in Thirty Days
In this episode, I walk you through my system called A _____ a Day in May, and I show you how it will help you build consistency, create a habit, boost your results, and benefit your mindset.
You can use this system all year, not just in May. You can call it 30 in 30 if you want to do it every day or do an activity at least thirty times in a month, such as sending thirty reachouts.
You can do this for yourself and with your team.
Consistency is a key component to mastering skills and getting results. I give you guidelines for choosing the habit you want to create and formulating a plan for your success.
