I give you guidelines for how to set one up, how to find one, and what you should do before you join one so that your group is the right fit for you.
I also give you suggestions for how to communicate with each other and how to structure your calls so that they’re productive.
And I tell you how to handle it when someone dominates the group or has a negative Nelly in your group.
