Send me a message to let me know what you like and what you'd like to see more of. You can also send me a question for me to answer on a future episode.

Progress can be slow, and unless you measure it, you might miss it.

Today’s date gives you an opportunity to go down memory lane so that you can see how far you’ve come.

I give you lots of prompts to help you remember the things you learned, the first time you did something, the feelings you had, the people you met, and the fun you experienced.

Doing this will also help you see the lessons you learned and the opportunities you got, and you’ll be reminded that everything is always working out for you.

You can do this date by journaling or just thinking about it. You can scroll through Facebook, your camera roll, and scrapbooks.

You’ve made a lot of progress in your skills, your mindset, and your results.

Sometimes, it doesn’t feel like it, and whenever you have those moments, take a stroll down memory lane to see how far you’ve come.
